1. Box-shaped parts; generally refer to parts with multiple holes, cavities inside, and a certain aspect ratio. Its characteristics are: multi-station holes and planes need to be processed, and there are high tolerance requirements, especially geometric tolerances, which often go through processes such as milling, drilling, expanding, boring, reaming, countersinking, and threading. Ordinary processing machine tools cannot be completed, so CNC machining centers are required to complete the processing
2. Complex surface; generally, there are several kinds of complex surface workpieces such as cam, cam mechanism, integral impeller type, mold type, spherical surface, etc.
3. Heterogeneous parts: mainly refers to parts with irregular surface structure and internal structure, which need to be mixed with points, lines and surfaces at each station. It is difficult to guarantee the machining accuracy of ordinary machine tools, but CNC machining centers can be fully competent. Reduce processing errors and improve processing efficiency.
